The results of JD Power’s study suggest that what we’ve known for a long time is: that only people who have a butt in the seat sell on EVs. It further stressed that automakers are still not doing particularly well in making word about EVs, with about one-third rejecting EVs simply because of a lack of information.

The District of Columbia is considering a proposal to keep vehicles small and light on its city streets.
