The Ducati Hypermotard 950 RVE has the appearance of a graffiti-inspired limited edition

The Ducati is adding a touch of flair to the hypermotard range for the 2022 model year. It unveiled a limited-edition model called the 950 RVE that differs from a specific, graffiti-inspired paint work. Only 100 units will be made, and the bike will be available exclusively on our market.

Thanks to the various social media platforms if you like what you see. Ducati explained that it first experimented with a graffiti-like appearance when presenting the Hypermotard 950 concept at the 2019 edition of the Concours d’Elegans at Villa d’Est. The design study has generated such a positive response from fans and riders around the world, especially on social media, that the Italian company has decided to offer something like this.

From a design standpoint, not much has changed since the concept debuted on the west shore of Lake Como. The word “hyper” appears in white on both sides of the bike and is spread across several fairings. Black and red accents add a finishing touch to the look. Ducati noted that its painters “worked in phases and applied extremely thin details,” which would result in only 100 units of RVE being made.

The power of the RVE comes from the same 937-cubic-centimeter two-cylinder engine used across the Hypermotard range. It delivers 114 horsepower at 9,000 rpm and 71 lb-ft of torque at 7,250 rpm. Bosch Cornering ABS technology with slide by brake function, front four-piston and two-piston rear brambo brake caliper, and a fully compatible suspension system.

Ducati dealers across the United States will begin receiving Hypermotard 950 RVE in May 2022. Prices excluding destination start at $ 15,695, a figure that nicely places the RVE between the Hypermotard 950 ($ 14,195) and the Hypermotard ($ 957, SP).
