Supercar Owners Group Lamborghini Owners Malaysia (LOM) has announced that it will try to surpass the number previously achieved for having the largest number of Lamborghinis in a single assembly.
For the rally to be held at KLCC Open-Air Car Park in front of Mandarin Oriental from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm on June 11, 2022, LOM will aim to overtake 77 Lamborghinis who have entered the Malaysian book. Of records, which the group previously achieved in 2013.
“Since we can all get together safely now, we want to celebrate the joy of driving in our spare time, and we will do so as part of Lamborghini’s 50th anniversary drive, trying to break the record of nine years ago,” said LOM President Datuk Roslan Rosdy.
The group is confident that its upcoming event will be on top of the number set by such events nearly a decade ago and will mark the interest of its members to return to road travel in Malaysia after an extended period of isolation, the group said.
Founded in 2014, LOM started with a team of 50 members, and today the group is proud of 150 members, from which it aims to surpass the previous collection number of 77 vehicles, including at least 100 vehicles for its upcoming endeavors, it said. .
After the scheduled assembly, LOM Bukit will travel to Tinggi, Chato, Pahang where the team will have a gala dinner called Bulls Ball. In addition to mobilizing its members, Bulls Ball, organized by LOM, aims to raise funds for four charities for the underprivileged, it says.
“Our goal is to raise a minimum of RM 40,000 from our members and partners,” said Datuk Rakesh Sachdev, chairperson of the LOM organizing committee. The announcement of LOM’s largest gathering effort is joined by the announcement of its preferred partner program, which looks at group collaborations and exclusive lifestyle offers from restaurants, luxury hotels and high-end fashion boutiques.
