JPJ has announced that BQY, AML and VJB are its online auction platforms, the next number plate series for bidding on JPJ eBid.
Selangor’s latest running number series is ‘BQY’, and it will be open for tender tomorrow, May 25th. The bidding period for JPJeBid will be five days, ending at 10pm on May 29. As usual, the results will be released the next day, May 30. The whole process is now online, as it has been for some time, and bidders will receive good (or bad) news via email.
The Perak series ‘AML’ is now available on JPJ eBid. The tender period started on May 23 and will end on May 27 at 10 pm. Similarly, the WPKL ‘VJB’ series has opened on May 21 and the tender period is till 10 pm tomorrow (May 25). The results will be released the day after the auction closes.
Since the letter O is not available, BQY is the closest person to BOY. AML could stand for Aston Martin Lagonda, a four-door Gedden built in the 1980s, which is probably the most angular car design of all time and the company’s name. Some car nuts may look like pictures of Aston Martins on AML plates, probably owned by the car manufacturer and sometimes used in its UK press fleet.
