For those who consume the most gasoline, California can offer even stronger incentives. Lucid air sedans and Gravity SUVs indicate the future of the Saudi Arabian government’s fleet. And a new model of polyester ‘2’ hints at a few changes for the year. This and more, here and here Green Car Report.
The 2023 Polyester 2 lineup could get more driving ranges – from an advanced hit pump to a more real-world range, the brand has confirmed. The new model year will bring an upgraded cabin air filter, a removable sunshade and a new set of color and wheel designs. And buyers will find a car with less carbon footprint than ever before, it boasts.
California is considering restructuring their EV incentives so that they target low-income drivers who use excessive amounts of gasoline. What if the stimuli could make a big difference if petrol “super users” aim to use electricity?
And the Saudi Arabian government will buy up to 100,000 Lucid EVs over a 10-year period, with deliveries set to begin in the second quarter of 2023, the agency confirmed on Tuesday. The vehicles will initially come from Lucid’s Arizona plant but will probably be taken directly from its upcoming facility in Saudi Arabia later.
